  • DDI (Direct Dial In)
    Allows callers to dial directly to the extension they require (saves time for receptionist answering and transferring calls)
  • Automated Attendant
    Callers receive a recorded greeting with options to direct them to the appropriate person/department (saves time on receptionist answering and transferring calls)
  • Voice Mail
    Extensions on the system have an individual mailbox where callers received a personal greeting and have the option to leave a message. Messages can then be retrieved, both on and off site, stored, broadcast or deleted. (saves hand written messages getting forgotten or lost)
  • CLI (Calling Line Identification)
    Supplies extensions with the callers telephone number and/or name
  • CTI (Computer Telephone Integration)
    Provides telephone callers information onto a computer screen.
